The location is pleasantly quiet, away from crowds, and there are some good mountain walks nearby, though the starting point is about 5 km away. We also enjoyed the indoor entertainment and dancing. The all-inclusive food was among the better meals we've had, and most of the hardworking staff were friendly, especially Sari in the main bar. Still, several things really affected the stay. There were small cockroaches in the dining room, including on food, and little cockroaches or beetles near the pool edges. The food was served or kept far too cold, and I got food poisoning too. Pigeons gathered around the poolside eating tables, and some guests fed them. The red wine at dinner was ice cold. The pools felt cramped and overcrowded. Each morning there were long queues for sunbeds, and people kept them all day even when they weren't there. The rooms had very poor soundproofing, so bring earplugs if a neighbor's snoring bothers you. Some loud Englishmen also seemed not to care about bathroom and hand hygiene or the no-smoking signs. The animation team worked hard, but the clapping and raising arms on cue felt dated to us. We'd have been perfectly happy with a good band playing dance music.

We'd already booked another visit for a few months from now, which says a lot about how much we enjoyed our January 2026 stay. Plenty of the guests we met had returned several times too. It was the friendliest hotel we've ever visited, and the staff were helpful and genuinely warm. The animation team kept us busy with games and sports through the day. Our beds were comfortable, and the cleaner made them and tidied our room every day. There was a good range of tasty food and drinks. Some people have called the hotel tired, but for us, its good points outweighed the downsides.

The food was a real highlight. We're both vegan and always found something delicious, especially among the salads. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the shows we caught were good. The Elvis Presley tribute was amazing. We stayed for a week, from 31/01/2026 to 07/02/2026, and had a fantastic time in the sun. We hadn't expected much for the price, but were pleasantly surprised. The rooms don't quite feel 4-star to us, more like a good 3-star, while everything else about the hotel deserves 4 stars. We hope to come back soon. We always found somewhere to sit by the clean pool, and our room was clean and pretty quiet too. It had been renovated and had a nice view. Everyone was friendly, and the food was really good, with a different offering each day and plenty to choose from. The drinks could use work. Even the soft drinks tasted terrible, and there were lots of pigeons around the pool. We can still recommend the hotel, especially for the good value we got over Christmas.

We had a lovely birthday getaway for my daughter with my husband. From the warm welcome and easy check-in to the friendly people and good facilities, it was a great stay. The food was superb, and we liked the drinks too. The area was quiet, but good for a long walk along the promenade. The airport transfer was quick. We caught a few good shows, then found a disco in the basement.
