Pedro was a wonderful host and always available. The apartment is very spacious, with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, and everything was very clean. Kids have a nice play area downstairs, plus there's a large, clean pool. Shops, restaurants and grocery stores are all less than a five-minute walk away, and the beach is about five minutes on foot too. I'd highly recommend staying here.
Mr. Pedro was attentive and reachable from the moment we arrived until we left. The apartment was clean, orderly and well equipped for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking and quick meals, and there was a washer with detergent and fabric softener, plus an iron and ironing board. The bathrooms were spotless, with towels, and there was hot water throughout. We also had a private garage, and the building has a pool. I highly recommend it.
If you like dry, rural surroundings far from anything interesting, this place may suit you. The view is of a wind farm and high-voltage lines. Roosters and dogs made noise around the clock, so anyone hoping to rest would be disappointed. Cats also dirtied the property, even the outdoor kitchen. And if you did manage to sleep, garbage collectors came by at 6:00 AM, just 20 meters from the house, to wake you. We left after four days and found another villa that actually matched its description.
We had a great stay. The apartment was comfortable and had everything our large family needed to feel at home. The beach is only about ten minutes away. A really excellent experience.
The house was much better than we expected, and Pedro was a fantastic host. Everything was clean and the service was excellent. Highly recommend it.
