If you want to avoid tourist crowds and be close to nature, this spot could suit you. The fenced house has a terrace, a covered barbecue, and a gate that opens straight to the ocean. From the terrace you can see the water and Santa Cruz in the distance, with two nearby beaches, one rocky and one sandy. The house is right at the shore, not merely near it. Calm waves make it feel like a spa, but when the sea gets rough, waves can hit the windows and water may get inside. It was so intense that we mopped up two buckets before leaving.
