Apartamentos Candelario by gaiarooms

Everything is online, which made things a little difficult...

I’m very disappointed with how this booking was handled. I’d booked well ahead, but bad weather and road closures meant I couldn’t get to the apartments. I was still told I had to pay 50% of the stay, which feels unfair when the weather kept me from reaching the place. They wouldn’t let me cancel or change the dates, and staff showed no interest in finding a solution, just repeated that I had to follow the policy. I don’t recommend these apartments. The cancellation terms are too strict and the lack of empathy was unacceptable. My booking was made January 4, 2026, for February 6-8, 2026. The policy didn’t allow cancellations or date changes with less than seven days’ notice. If you’re considering a booking, read the policy carefully and have a backup plan for emergencies.

Everything was spotless, charming, and so well organized. I loved the apartment and its beautiful views over the autumn landscape, and would gladly have stayed longer. Thanks so much for being so kind.

I was very pleased with the apartment and the telephone service. The one problem was two families who arrived on Thursday and kept disturbing the peace with constant noise and little consideration. They spent most of their time in the hallway.
