Just a heads-up: the pool is shared, and we weren’t warned about that. It wasn’t mentioned on the website either, so finding out was a nasty surprise. To make matters worse, the other people using it were the gardener and a couple of his female friends, not other guests. What a shame.

There’s plenty of room, parking, a terrace, and a barbecue, and the place is very well equipped. The house has lots of rooms and is really pleasant. The pool was closed when we were there. One issue: the water cuts off if someone else has a tap running.

The Gredos Mountains look stunning from here. The house has all the amenities and sits among trees, with a lovely pool area. The owner is very friendly.

The house is lovely, and the owners are friendly and helpful. They supply pretty much everything you might need, apart from groceries and a few other items. I’d definitely stay here again.

The facilities are good, but the bathroom and sheets were dirty, and the bedspread in the last downstairs bedroom on the right was especially dirty. It was also very old.
