At least the location was good and the heating worked well. Everything else was disappointing. We booked a 6-room apartment but got one with 5 rooms, and the cleaning was very minimal. Some sheets had hair on them. Supplies were sparse too: hand soap, very little toilet paper, and one small trash bag, with no kitchen roll or similar. The beds were awful and so noisy that we ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. You can hear absolutely everything. They expect the place left spotless, with sheets and towels in the bathtub and blankets put in the closet. I don't know if they wash them. Otherwise, they deduct €75 from your deposit.

The place was quiet, well located, and had plenty of parking. The kitchen utensils were basic but enough for us. The double mattress, though, was old and uncomfortable, with everything digging into you, and the bed creaked terribly as soon as you sat on it. The pillow looked very old and stained from heavy use. There were blankets, but no duvet.

Check-in was excellent, and the staff were so helpful they even helped me get back the ski poles we’d left outside. The apartments are spacious and have what you need. No frills, but perfectly adequate, and very good value for money. Thanks so much.

The apartment was clean, fine, and roomy enough for four. Its location worked perfectly for going to Astún. The beds were the one real drawback: I don't know if the mattresses are old, but they have no firmness at all. Also, a screen or curtain in the bathroom would help. After a shower, the whole floor is like a swimming pool.
