The team made planning a celebration easy for me as an English speaker, and they really helped make the occasion memorable. Everyone was warm, attentive, and professional, with great care taken over the details. Everything I requested was handled perfectly. I picked this hotel for a special occasion and was so glad I did. I’d happily recommend it for the personal service, and I’ll remember the stay for a long time.

The rooms were clean, but that was the one bright spot for us. They were extremely basic and poorly equipped, with just a comfortable bed, one chair, and a clothes rack. There was no fridge or tea and coffee setup, and the tiny bathroom had a musty, mouldy smell. Noise from the outdoor pool area carried on constantly. Breakfast was poor too, and hardly changed during our three nights: powdered or liquid scrambled eggs, fatty bacon, cheese, sausages, some fruit, yogurt, and pastries. The hotel looked appealing in photos, but we wanted to leave as soon as we arrived. Since we had already paid, we stayed, though we spent our days at nearby beaches and only came back for a couple of hours each day. We wouldn't recommend it.

The facilities, food, and staff all surpassed what I expected, and it was easily my favorite trip to Galicia. The beautiful beaches are nearby, and town is just a quick walk away. Don’t hesitate to book!

The buffet breakfast was included and, like dinner, was very good. The staff were super friendly, and the whole place felt clean and new, with modern design throughout.
