The staff were kind enough, but that doesn't make up for what happened: our room was broken into and thousands of dollars' worth of belongings were stolen. I wouldn't stay here.

I ended up spending the night in my car, waiting for sunrise, after the manager turned off the phone during check-in. My arrival time had been specified, approved, and confirmed through a so-called “reserving website,” whose support wasn't helpful either. The whole thing felt degrading and humiliating, and I didn't even get an apology. Keep the refund, rude guy. He doesn't deserve even one star.

The atmosphere was good, and the service was excellent. We came as a family for breakfast, and the food was really nice. Definitely worth a visit 👌

Pensión Galicia is a real little gem. The staff are friendly and patient with my poor Spanish, and the food is great Spanish fare with Spanish beers. It's very cheap, so don't expect the Ritz, but the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Highly recommend it.

The rooms are very small, and some don't have their own toilet, though there are shared toilets on every floor. There's no hotel parking, but they can arrange a spot for 10 € per day; otherwise, you'd have to leave the car on the street. The area isn't very good.
