Hotel SERAWA Moraira

The spa is a highlight, with an impressive sauna and steam room, plus pleasant pools and a jacuzzi. We've stayed here a few times and always found it a pleasant hotel in an ideal location. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with large bathrooms and comfy beds. Breakfast has plenty of options and was really nice. The woman looking after it was lovely and very helpful. We had dinner twice and the food was delicious, though the staff seemed stretched thin. I think our waitress was called Meli, and she did a great job running a full restaurant on her own. In general, it felt like they could use more staff, and some of the younger employees needed more training. We once stood at reception for over 30 minutes waiting to get into the spa because a young man was on the phone and didn't acknowledge us. We lost half an hour of the spa time we'd paid for. It wasn't a disaster, but better organisation and management could have prevented it. A few adjustments would help; it's still a very pleasant place to stay.

Breakfast was a lovely start to each day, and our room was impeccably clean. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and smooth. I highly recommend Hotel SERAWA Moraira for an enjoyable visit.

The gardens are beautifully kept, the pool area is spotless, and the modern rooms are comfortable with thoughtful details. The hotel layout is lovely, and you can see how much care goes into the place. Staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the lovely blonde lady who looked after breakfast in the mornings. My stay at the Serava Hotel in Moraira was phenomenal. A must-go!

The terrace is a lovely spot for a drink overlooking the garden, and apparently some of the restaurant produce is grown on site. The gardens are lovely too. Inside, the modern design is pleasant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through breakfast and the bar. The bathroom door is a real problem for privacy. You can see straight into the room from the toilet, and anyone in the room can see and hear what's going on. Why do hotels think that works? Apart from that, it's a great place to stay, with a cool interior, lovely exterior and pool, and a generous continental breakfast. They just need to change the bathroom doors.
