The location and view are fantastic, but that’s the only pleasant part of this hotel. Nobody explained any of the all-inclusive benefits when we checked in. The beds were uncomfortable, and the food was very bland and the same every day. The blended drinks were awful, just made from a premade mix. There was only one tiny trash can in the whole room. The front desk never answered when I called from our room, so whenever I needed anything I had to go downstairs and ask. I absolutely would not stay again.

The only thing that made us uncomfortable was some of the older German guests, who kept staring at us throughout our stay. Apart from that, the hotel is beautiful and has everything you could want, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Chef Mudassar stood out for both the excellent food and his warm, professional manner. He takes time with guests, listens to individual requests, and makes you feel welcome. You can tell he really cares about his work.

Fantastic location and amazing staff, but the suite’s toilet was probably the smallest I’ve ever seen, no more than about 1.5 by 1.5 metres. The toilet paper was much too thin to use comfortably.

We were there at the end of August with our two little kids and had a good stay. The place was pretty clean, the staff were nice, and there were good activities for children and adults. Food was just okay, but there was a good variety, and the restaurant wasn’t too busy. Everything is German! 😅 Cold water and drinks were available all the time. It’s close to a nice beach, and Cala Agulla is a much better one, about a 10-minute taxi ride away for €8. Thanks a lot.

The service was really good, and the hotel is very close to both the beach and the town centre. But it felt like a retro all-inclusive: the food was very average, and the beds were uncomfortable. We heard a lot of noise in rooms near the stage. There were only German signs in the restaurant, nothing in Spanish or English.
