Apartamentos Don Quijote

We had a good ten-day stay in a spacious apartment near the sea, market, and a lively area. The woman there was warm and kind, and the service was good enough that we never felt out of place. It was a good visit, and I'll definitely book the same accommodation when I come back to Mallorca.

The noise made it impossible to sleep. Groups of drunk men used the pool late into the night, sometimes naked, and came back from partying to make even more noise. With no reception or contact number, there was nobody to complain to. After checkout, complaints are outsourced, which says plenty about the service. Booking on their own website looked cheaper, but they added an unspecified cleaning fee. I regretted booking there. Through Booking, you won't pay extra and get good service. Choose another hotel or apartment if you can.

Groups of young people party through the night, and with no security or staff around, there's nothing you can do but stay awake and try to sleep during the day. Families should look elsewhere. Apart from that, it's fairly priced.

The sheets smelled bad and were dirty, and the receptionist was disrespectful. We were charged 50€ for arriving late.
