Can Simoneta Hotel - Adults Only

We loved the meal at the hotel, and breakfast had a great spread. The grounds and views are exceptional, and the staff gave outstanding service. Such a beautiful property.

The whole experience was amazing, from the tree lined drive and the hotel reception, where the women at the desk were very nice, to the meal itself. Our host was a true 10/10. The waiter from Puebla was one of the nicest people you could meet, and really knowledgeable and professional. I've eaten at a lot of Michelin restaurants, with one, two, and three stars, so this is an honest review: this is one of the best I've been to. Chef David Moreno, #davidmorenochef, was born in Mexico, and his cooking took us back there through Michelin style plates. The oysters with Champagne chosen by the excellent sommelier were a great start. I can't pick a favorite, but the chilaquiles idea, corn panacota, lamb with pigs foot jus, salmonete pastor, and red gambas de soller "camerones" were all standouts. The corn panacota was a 10/10, and the salmonete pastor made me say wow. The lamb was exceptional, and I absolutely loved it. The gambas were exquisite. Everything felt absolutely amazing and perfect. I can't wait for it to open again in spring or summer. I do want to compare it with Jordi Cruz's three star restaurant, even if I don't mean to be offensive: this place smashed it. I think it will have two stars very soon, and only have one for a short time. Congratulations to @davidmorenochef and the team. Amazing and perfect in every way.

I’m looking forward to working at this stunning place again. As a wedding photographer, I've seen plenty of beautiful venues, but Can Simoneta is really one of a kind. The Mediterranean views are breathtaking, and the mood feels calm, elegant, and intimate. The staff are attentive and exceptionally professional. They take care of every detail, which makes a big difference for the couple, their guests, and vendors like me.

Our six nights here were a true 10/10, and that boat tour was an absolute must for us. It was private, followed gorgeous coastline, and the captain was a joy to ride along with. Both pools were beautiful and relaxing, and we enjoyed the spa too. Can Simoneta is quiet and set away from Mallorca's busy areas, which made it ideal for a restful luxury vacation. The grounds were immaculate, and the rooms were modern, clean, beautiful, and had great air conditioning. Breakfast each day was delicious and a lovely, peaceful way to start. La Terraza and Gastronomic both had unique, delicious food. The staff made the five star experience, helping with anything I asked for. For example, they packed us a takeaway breakfast when we went golfing early. Thank you for such a lovely vacation!
