Hotel Triton Beach Mallorca

We really enjoyed the food, with delicious meals and plenty of variety each day. Our clean, comfortable room had a lovely sea view that made mornings feel special. The location also worked really well: just a two-minute walk to the beach, with several other beautiful beaches nearby. We walked to four of them, and each was different and lovely. At Welikehotel Tritón Beach in Cala Ratjada, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday in Cala Ratjada. We can’t wait to return!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was okay, and the hotel is in a decent location, about 100m from the beach. Still, I wouldn’t come back myself. If you mainly want to spend time by the hotel pool, it might suit you. There’s no hotel parking, so the nearest spaces are 5-6 minutes away. That can mean 10-12 minutes walking a day, or even 20-24. The shower pressure was so poor that a proper shower was out of the question, and hot water barely came through. There was no air conditioner remote. The TV had just two English channels, with the rest for Spanish and German speakers. That wasn’t a major issue, but still. The walls looked as if a very drunk man had painted them. The plain white door card looked cheap, and we only got one. The soap dispenser didn’t work properly, so I had to fix it myself. The toilet paper was very thin, not even two-ply. There were a few flies in the bar, which was irritating.

Fran at reception really made my visit. He was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. I had about 1000 questions and he had answers to all of them, plus useful tips on nearby places to visit. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly enjoys their job so much, and it made all the difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

The food was fantastic, with enough variety to keep every meal interesting and satisfying. The cleanliness, restaurant, and reception team were all excellent, and the whole staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. It felt like being looked after by the best hotel team I’ve ever come across. A special thank you to Farn at the front desk. He was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Thanks to Triton Beach for such a beautiful, unforgettable stay. I’d definitely return and recommend it to everyone.
