This hotel is spotless and has such an inviting atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive. It’s an absolute gem for a wonderful stay. Mira is a sweetheart, and I hope you get to meet her.

The staff were all so kind, and greetings to Elena and Mira for making our stay such a relaxed one. Breakfast was top-notch and the pool was clean. A very clean, good hotel. We’ll definitely be back soon. Gracias!!!! 🍒💜⭐️

For the price, most things were fine, but the rooms have no air conditioning, which made it hard to do much in the heat. This wasn’t mentioned, and I think the website needs to make the lack of air conditioning clear. When we tried to change hotels, the service didn’t feel hospitable. I understand the staff tried what they could, but they talked right over us when we tried to explain the situation and our preferences. They didn’t listen or show understanding. Please listen to your guests. That’s not hospitality.

Hotel Lliteras met our needs for a 13-day budget trip exploring Mallorca. The rooms were cleaned, towels replaced, and trash emptied every two days. Our side of the hotel was noisy, with doors from nearby rooms on our floor and below making sounds, but earplugs made it manageable. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, as you might expect in a one- or two-star hotel. Breakfast was the same each day, but enough to set us up for our adventures. I’d recommend Hotel Lliteras to budget-conscious travelers.
