Parque Nereida Suites Hotel

The rooms and shared areas were clean and looked after, but the restaurant left us with a really bad impression. The food was greasy and short on variety and freshness. Staff were often inattentive, unprofessional, and sometimes rude. One night they insisted we order two drinks when we only wanted one, and during dinner they cut off access to the water fountain, seemingly to push bottled water sales. We also found dinner items charged to our name and room number that we hadn't ordered. That made the billing feel unreliable. The stay was too expensive for what it offered. We wouldn't return, and future guests should keep an eye on their bills.

I look forward to coming back all year. This place feels like a second home to me, and in my opinion it's the best hotel in Mallorca. The sea view is beautiful, and the evenings have enjoyable live bands and acts. Breakfast is a 10: everything is made fresh each morning, from eggs to pancakes. There are three pools with slightly salty water that doesn't irritate the eyes. The spa has a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, a roomy pool with overhead water jets, and two luxurious showers.

We spent five nights here on our first trip away together, and it was lovely. The hotel is so peaceful that it seems especially suited to couples or people travelling alone. The breakfast buffet was glorious, and there are three pools. The showers, spa, and gym were really clean. It’s a two-minute walk to the snorkelling lagoon and about ten minutes to the nearest sandy beach. I'd happily recommend it.

We were upgraded to a very nice suite. Breakfast was lovely, and on weekdays there’s a themed dinner for an extra charge. The hotel is close to Cala Lliteras for snorkelling and also near a sandy beach in Cala Ratjada. One evening there was a Tina Turner Tribute performance. Really nice.
