We were two families with six small children, and the hotel worked really well for us. The complimentary baby club was a hit with the kids, especially thanks to Pinja and Chloe. Building 5 was handy for families, close to both the big pool and baby pool. The location was great for trips and an easy walk to Cala Aguilla beach. May was excellent value for money. Staff were helpful throughout, and at check-in we got a welcome drink and help switching rooms so we could be nearer the other family. The grounds were lovely, up to date, and meticulously maintained. We were happy with both breakfast and the good-quality buffet dinners. One thing we missed was a check-in from the hotel manager to ask how things were going. We didn't need anything, but it would have been nice.

The pool, bars, and live music made for a great atmosphere during our few days here with friends. The rooms were comfortable and kept in good shape. Thanks to Phillip for being kind and professional. I'll be back, and I'd recommend it :)

The food was great, especially dinner. The staff were nice, the rooms clean, and it was a quiet place. I'd strongly recommend it. The only small downside is how far it is from the sea.

We had a great family holiday. The kids club team were amazing, the food was good, and there was no trouble finding a sun lounger by the pool. Shops are nearby, and the beach is a short walk from the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with lots of choice, and the staff were very attentive. Angie and Josefina were especially friendly and helpful. The hotel has a welcoming feel and we had a good stay overall, though the room could have been cleaner. It would be a nice touch to have water, coffee, and tea in the rooms. I'd recommend the hotel.
