This was our second November visit to this fantastic place, though we stayed just one night this time and chose half-board. We both thought dinner was exquisite. My tempura cod was probably the best fish I’ve had in Spain.

The renovated rooms were nice, and the hotel has a lovely garden and great mountain views. Its location in the Sierra Nevada is excellent.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Our room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The view was lovely, so I’d suggest getting a room with a balcony and view. We could hear a baby crying through the rather thin walls, but earplugs did the trick.

We were greeted by smiling staff throughout our stay, and both dinner and breakfast were very good. Our elegant, tasteful room had a terrace looking out over the big pool and deck, with mountains rising above them. There’s also a small botanical garden on the grounds. There are lots of places to stay in this charming village, but Finca Los Llanos has to be one of the best.
