We really liked the patios, furniture and decor. The hotel is cute, and you can tell things have been chosen with care. With a bit of work, it could be amazing, especially for the price. The room smelled damp. The bathroom wasn't fully separate from the room, as the photo shows, so going to the toilet at night could wake your partner. The only window faced the patio everyone crosses to reach their room, which made airing the room difficult. The toilet door didn't close properly either. Breakfast was okay, but we've had better for the price.

What a beautiful property and such lovely rooms, tucked away in a lovely village. Parking is limited, but we found free spots on nearby roads. We arrived late on Sunday, when most restaurants were shut or no longer serving food, though we did find one still open. Breakfast wasn't self service, so apologies to the hotel staff!

I loved my room, Tercia, and had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of the walled town, and the woman at reception was very helpful. They even let me leave my motorbike by the front door for free. Breakfast was included and fine. I'd recommend it, bearing in mind it's a beautiful but very old building.
