The food at both dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the owners were friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay again. Coming through the gates, the uneven, bumpy gravel drive may make you wonder if you've taken a wrong turn. That feeling disappears once you reach reception and see the grandeur of this 400 year building. Walking up the stairs to the rooms gives you a chance to take in the Hacienda's full splendor.

The staff are warm and welcoming, and this charming historic building is a real hidden gem tucked down a gravel road in a quiet rural corner of Andalusia. Carmona is just a stone's throw away and well worth seeing. I'd definitely come back in warmer weather for a dip in the pool.
