We came for dinner at the cozy, elegant restaurant in O Pindo, and the service was warm and friendly. The food was impeccable. For a starter, we chose the scallops ceviche, though shrimp was another option. It was divine, and the crunchy corn on top was great. The salmon for our main was just right, flavorful and not dry. The portions are generous, so I was already full by dessert. My husband tried the homemade cheesecake and really liked it, he highly recommends it. When you're in O Pindo, this place is a must!

The food was good quality for the price, with some Peruvian touches like ceviche and quinoa. My only gripe was the km0 water at 3 euros a liter. I felt robbed.
