The common room was handy every day for Wi-Fi and for the kids to do homework. We stayed a week at Casa Piedad, part of the same rural apartment complex as Sagrario, and Alvaro and Sílvia were wonderful. There were four of us and our dog, and the house had everything we needed. It was beautiful and stayed cool in summer, with lovely countryside all around. Alvaro had prepared the Turkish bath for us, which we really enjoyed. We skipped the sauna because we were already roasting in the summer heat, though it looked inviting. If you want nature, quiet, and a break from the brutal heat on the plateau, this is an ideal spot.

The sauna followed by a swim in the icy river was unforgettable, and very affordable. We had a perfect weekend with friends in a really well-kept house. I'd happily do it again.
