The area is quiet, and Mercadona and Aldi are nearby, with Aldi open on Sundays. The pool is quite large and peaceful. We were able to swim alone several times. The apartment seemed brand new, and the customer service was spectacular. The staff were always attentive and focused on making guests comfortable. The place and the staff were perfect. If I go back to La Manga, I’d definitely stay here again.

The pool was a great place to cool off, with plenty of space around it, sun loungers, and parasols. The location is handy for the beach, port, and other points of interest, though weekend nights get noisy from nearby bars and a nightclub. Having parking connected by elevator is a big plus, since there’s no need to hunt for a space. This was our second stay at a Sub Up apartment, and by coincidence we got the same one again. It’s spacious and welcoming, with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room with an integrated kitchen, but the stay was worse than last year. Some things already looked worn despite the apartments being new: the brush and inside of the coffee maker were rusty, the walls were marked, the entrance outlet was loose, the saucepan was burnt, the utensils were very dirty, part of the air conditioning remote was broken, and the sink drain was loose. The overall cleanliness was worse too. The outdoor floors, shared areas, stairs, and elevator were very dirty, and the grime built up while we were there. I also think the rules need to be enforced. Guests from other apartments were washing dogs in the pool shower and footbath, and some apartments were having noisy parties. I hope these comments help improve the experience.

We loved the facilities, and the apartment had all the little details thought through. The service was attentive the whole time, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back soon.

We stayed for 15 days with a baby and felt very comfortable. The apartments are brand new and fully equipped, and having the pool right in front of yours is wonderful. The location is excellent too, about a five-minute walk from the beach and close to everything we needed, including a supermarket, pharmacy, perfumery, and cafes. A big thank you to Juanpa, who was nearby and helped us whenever he could, making the stay easy. He also gave us some great places to visit. We’ll definitely be back!
