We spent four days in this lovely, clean apartment and will definitely be back. It's fully equipped and right in the city centre.
6/10
The central location is really convenient, but the room had cockroaches and the kitchen-living area felt generally dirty. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't bear it, but for a place calling itself a hotel, it felt unclean to me. There was also a smell on the floor, something like pigeons or cats.
8/10
Excellent place to stay.

Really good value for money. The clean apartment had everything I needed, and automated check-in was so convenient. Online customer service was quick to respond and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The Cartagena Flats team were incredibly attentive, and Cartagena itself felt magical, spotless, and enchanting. We loved being so well located, the tidy place, and how much it felt like home. A 10 out of 10 from us. Everything was perfect, and we'll be back.
