The staff were really nice and helpful, and they let me leave my luggage when I arrived so I could head straight to the old town. Everything was an easy walk from there. The apartment was clean and cosy, just a few minutes from the train station, which worked especially well for travelling by train. I'd happily recommend it.

The policies felt really inflexible, and the place just had a bad vibe.

It smelled like a wet dog and wasn't clean at all. The dishes hadn't been washed, but had been put away in the cupboard.

The apartment was quiet, centrally located, and very comfortable to sleep in. I also liked having a balcony or terrace. The kitchen extractor was leaking oil, though, and the shower was rusty and looked awful. Kitchen supplies were sparse, just one ordinary frying pan and two saucepans, with no kitchen roll or napkins. On the last day there was no hot water. They'd turned it off on us 😅

The location made it easy to reach the main attractions, restaurants, and transport, and everything in the apartment helped make the stay comfortable. It was spotless and well kept. Check-in was easy, and the team were quick and friendly whenever we contacted them. You can tell they care about the details and making guests feel at home. My husband and I had an excellent stay, and we'd return without hesitation. Definitely recommend it for a visit to Cartagena.
