We found it easy to settle in here. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the hosts were wonderful. A lovely little place to relax.

Javiere was really nice, and the place itself was peaceful. Having secure parking was a big plus.

When we arrived, we were suddenly left without the accommodation we had booked. The owner first said he had made a mistake and only had the loft available, which couldn't fit all of us, then said that loft had been reserved for someone else. His only offer was a room in his own house for a few of us at a lower price, which did nothing to solve the problem for our family of 10, including 4 children. In the end we got our €50 deposit back and an apology, but that didn't make up for the stress or the feeling of being left out on the street. I wouldn't recommend booking with this person at all. There was no professionalism, organization, or commitment. We had booked an apartment and a loft directly with the owner in Cartagena about a year earlier for a First Communion. We were coming from Cádiz, about a five-hour trip, during the May bank holiday weekend and the May Crosses festival, which was peak season. A few days before arriving, I checked that everything was still in order, and he assured me there were no problems. Then, on the day we arrived, some of my family got there before me and were told the booking couldn't be honored. It left 10 of us, 4 of them children, scrambling for somewhere to stay at the last minute, far from home and just before the First Communion.

We reached the accommodation after having booked more than a year ahead for a family event in Cartagena, and the manager then said he had made a mistake and couldn't host us. He apologized, but that was it. I can't recommend this place at all. The experience was simply that there was no stay, and the level of professionalism was zero.
