Hotel Sercotel Alfonso XIII

Breakfast was the best we’d had so far on our four-centre break. Full marks to the dining room and reception staff. At check-in, Jose, Mariana and Vanessa made everything easy and explained the parking, dining room location, meal times and the usual details. They also helped us with directions. During our two-day stay, I reported a shower problem. They already knew there was a general hot-water issue, and told us maintenance was handling it. We had hot showers that night.

The location made it easy to reach the main attractions, and the hotel’s facilities were well maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, a good place to relax after sightseeing. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a nice variety. Yeraldin deserves a special mention. She served us at dinner and was always smiling, kind and professional. Her warm manner made each meal more enjoyable and helped make the stay memorable. I’d gladly return.

I spent two nights at the hotel and had breakfast in its restaurant. There was a range of Western food and drinks that suited my taste really well. The receptionists, Loli, Fran, Vanessa and Antonio, were friendly and always willing to help with questions or directions.

Loli, Vanessa and Jesus were all so friendly and helpful, and made our stay really pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good shower pressure and nice toiletries. The in-room tea and coffee supplies were well stocked. Breakfast was particularly good, with a wide choice of food and drinks.
