The breakfast had a nice mix of hot and cold options, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a kettle, minibar, and toiletries. The hotel was mostly quiet too. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived, with friendly staff and smiles at reception. Nothing to complain about.

We found this a good-value place to stay, and I’d happily come back. The modern room was clean and roomy, and reception staff were polite and efficient. It’s just outside Cartagena’s historic area, so it’s quieter, but still only about a 10-minute walk away.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best my husband and I have had. There was plenty to choose from, and the breakfast team patiently helped everyone figure out the Nespresso machine. The kitchen staff deserve congratulations too. We only stayed one night, but we’ll return. A friend who often visits her daughter studying in Cartagena recommended the hotel. The reception team were helpful and informative. Ainhoa helped us several times, and I think Loli was there both when we checked in Monday and left Tuesday. Rocio, Jose, and Jesus were also polite and helpful. Our room was smart and very clean. Congratulations to Sercotel Carlos III.

The beds were softer than I’d like for my long back, and the Wi-Fi could perhaps be a bit faster. Still, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Thanks to Loli, Isabel, Andres, Jose, and Rocio. Breakfast was a real surprise: fresh, generous, and with lots of variety. I was glad to see Nespresso machines in the breakfast room.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and everything was close by. Loli, Jesus, and Antonio were especially friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
