The building is over 30 years old and needs major maintenance. The bathroom and shower are very old, the toilet is clogged, and there’s a sewage smell everywhere. The kitchen is very dirty, and the old washing machine is in poor condition.

You could live here all year round. The setting is idyllic, and the whole area is very well maintained, though a few details could be improved. It’s a shame you have to go so far to buy a simple loaf of bread, but that’s the price of seeking tranquility.
