My husband and I spent three nights at the DDG retreat for our 35th wedding anniversary and my 60th birthday. Daria made us feel at home and was an incredible hostess. She booked us a table at a beautiful restaurant with amazing views, made sure we had top-notch service, and responded to every need. The accommodations were lovely, and it’s a special place that should be high on your list when visiting southern Spain. We can’t say enough good things about it. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

The spa was a highlight, with a proper sauna and steam room, plus a gorgeous cold pool for a plunge. There are also beds where you can stretch out and watch the mountains and birds overhead. The setting is stunning, though getting up the very steep access is a challenge. Once you arrive, it's amazing.

We woke up to mountain views, with eagles circling above to keep us entertained. It was such a beautiful place to stay, and a welcome escape from the rush of everyday life. We were looked after so well.

We celebrated a birthday at Casa Pino, and our host had everything ready for us with such a warm welcome. The place is a lush oasis in the mountains, with a really tasteful interior and exterior. She also booked us a meal at "Sarmiento," which was top quality. We're so grateful for such a relaxing stay and will definitely come back. Just wow!

Casa Pino was our favourite of the two stays, though both it and the luxury suite deserve five stars in their own ways. This was our second time at DDG retreat, and Casa Pino had everything we needed for a relaxing break without going anywhere. The bedroom and lounge feel authentic and are super comfortable, with a view that's hard to beat. Outside, there's a terrace with comfy beds, a hot tub, and an outdoor bath and shower, all looking out at incredible views. The kitchen and BBQ are useful additions. It feels luxurious, like your own little slice of heaven that could be anywhere in the world. We won't be able to resist coming back. The hard part is choosing between the suite and Casa Pino!
