Casas Rurales Villa Pereza

The owner, Joaquín, is very friendly, and the house has everything you need. It’s cozy, spacious, and there’s covered parking plus a play area for kids. We also appreciated that dogs of all kinds are welcome. It’s easy to find and about 15 minutes from the highway. We stayed here on our way to and from vacation, and it was a wonderful halfway stop to relax. A great family getaway when you want a break from city noise.

The grounds are enclosed, so children can’t wander off, and my daughter and her friend had a fantastic time. We all loved the house and its peaceful setting, and were able to properly relax. The owners were so kind and helpful that we felt right at home. Thank you, Sonia and Joaquín! We’ll definitely return for another chance to unwind.

We spent the San Juan holiday weekend here, and there’s still so much around to see, so we’ll have to return. The town is peaceful, and the villa is charming and made for relaxing. It’s about an hour and a half from both Cuenca and Albacete. Dogs are welcome, and the owners were easy to deal with. There’s covered parking, a playground, barbecue, fireplace, and air conditioning. Linens, towels, a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, Italian coffee maker, and all the comforts we needed were provided, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Sonia is lovely.

Joaquín is a delight, and the bar at the village association is fantastic. My dogs love being outside, and I love the wooden house. It’s beautiful, with every detail just right, and the exterior is lovely too. Thanks for everything, highly recommended.
