Apartamentos Casa Saila

My parents had a great stay last year, so they came back this year, but were given a completely different apartment. They lasted only three days of their 15-day booking. It was extremely hot, with no air conditioning and just a fan, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The owner wouldn't offer even a partial refund, not the whole amount, just something, especially since they had booked again. I'm sure they'd have returned next year if she'd shown them some consideration. Such a shame. I'm leaving this review for them because they didn't know how to write one themselves.

The location in town is excellent, and parking is easy. The owner was very friendly. The apartment was tidy and clean, though the kitchen and bathroom clearly show their age and use. For the price paid, it was all as expected.

There were six of us, including two small children, and the apartment had only four of each utensil: forks, knives, spoons, and teaspoons. The TV remote wouldn't work when we arrived, and they told us to get up to change the channel. After we showered, the sink flooded because the shower screen was broken. They moved us to another apartment and had us carry all the utensils over, but there weren't even glasses there. We paid €2100 for two weeks in cash, without a receipt or anything. We won't return.

It was spacious and clean, and having the heating on when we arrived made things very comfortable despite the cold outside. There were linens and towels, though I did miss having a hairdryer.
