htop Platja Park

The balcony view was amazing, and the desk service was great. The buffet also had a wide selection of food and drink. The hotel looks amazing, but the rooms don’t meet those expectations: the doors don’t close all the way and the shower heads are broken.

The food was unbelievable, 11 out of 10. Just don’t try to take it out of the restaurant 😅. The staff were amazing and friendly. Carles at the pool was lovely, and deserves a medal for working in that heat. Danae at reception was exceptional, always my go-to and so great. She deserves a pay rise for those beautiful eyes and smile. I can’t remember the other staff members’ names, but they were great too. I’ll definitely come back one day 😁😁

We come here with family every year, and the location is excellent and the food very good. The entertainment team is fantastic, with aqua gym, inflatables, slides and activities for the kids. Today was Minions Theme Party day, and the children got a delicious snack surprise.

The staff are great and helpful, and the location is very good, with everything around the hotel. The food is okay, though I’ve had better experiences at the same price. The cleaning staff do a good job, so the rooms are clean, but they’re out of date and could use renovation. The sink kept leaking, and after a shower a lot of water collected on the floor. You can hear basically everything happening in the next rooms, along with some strange noises. It’s the same in the hall, where you can hear everything as people walk along. Touch the walls and door and you’ll see why.
