The hotel made the wedding weekend feel like a lovely retreat, with the ceremony, reception and rooms all together. Our guests felt pampered and comfortable, and the rooms and grounds have so much charm. On the day, the views, elegant setup and service all came together beautifully. Ariadna, Andrea and the team went above and beyond, creating memories we'll always cherish. We're so glad we celebrated at La Gavina and highly recommend it. Planning with Ariadna, Andrea and the whole La Gavina team for over a year was just as good. They coordinated smoothly with our wedding planner, answered questions quickly and handled every request with care and professionalism. They clearly wanted everything to be perfect, which made the planning much easier and less stressful.

The view is a 10/10, and the place was so peaceful, away from the noise. This 100 year old hotel has a special charm and is very well kept. I loved its vintage classic style. The staff, including the lady manager who'd recently started there, gave excellent service. Sorry, I can't remember her name. We brought our two fur babies and they were very well looked after. It's really pet friendly. The restaurants are very good, and there's also a Michelin star restaurant. Definitely recommend 🤗🤗

We loved how our wedding day moved through the different parts of Hostal de la Gavina: the romantic garden for the ceremony, the upper terrace for cocktails, the dining hall, then the lower terrace for the party at sunset. Each setting had its own feel and beauty. The banquet service ran like clockwork and looked after every guest. Everyone gave us positive feedback and, most of all, had a wonderful time. Ariadna, our main contact, coordinated the day seamlessly with our witnesses and guests. Her calm, kind professionalism meant we could focus on each other and the celebration instead of logistics. In the lead-up, communication, our interactions and the tasting session were all prompt, proactive and friendly, with patience and genuine smiles. Hostal de la Gavina clearly knows weddings, and that experience shows in the details. Their recommended supplier list is comprehensive, and many of those suppliers already know the venue and how things run, which can make planning easier and less stressful. Our May 2025 wedding was unforgettable. The location is stunning, and the staff and impeccable service made everything run smoothly so we could enjoy the day without worrying. We're beyond happy we chose La Gavina. It exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our love. Definitely worth it. Thank you!

The breakfast buffet was fabulous, and the pool was great. There’s also a nice little gym, and the robes were very comfy. The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous views. Its old school decor felt a bit stuffy, but I liked that vibe for this trip. The water temperature was hard to regulate, and I couldn't work out the bedside lamps without getting up to flip their switches. Make time for a walk along the coastal path.
