The beach was lovely, and the tapas at Ibiza bar were amazing and good value. It took us 30 minutes to walk down, but walking back up in the heat was tough, so we got a taxi for 6 to 10 euros depending on the driver. There’s also a bus stop outside. The area is away from shops, though. Our apartment was on the first floor up stairs, with no lift. It had two bedrooms with double beds, plus a sofa bed in the lounge facing the pool. There’s no balcony, but a huge opening window gives you a great view of the pool and mountains. The pool was empty until the afternoon, and there were grassy spots to sunbathe, though no sunbeds. Inside, we had air conditioning, bedroom fans, a washer-dryer, iron and board, oven, coffee machine and all the kitchen utensils we needed. Towels and toiletries were provided too. A lovely, well-equipped holiday apartment, with helpful hosts. Everything was perfect.

The view was amazing, and everything was clean and tidy. Be ready for a walk, though. Taxis don't like coming up the hill.

We had a nice apartment and everything was fine. A good place to stay in Barcelona.

I lived here for 18 years back in the 80s. If the energy is still as positive as it was then, I'd go back.
