Apart-Rent Apartament Sant Maurici

It's quiet and relaxing, with shops only a three-minute walk away. The beach is about five minutes by car, and there's a private pool. I've been renting the apartment for two years. Superb place.

The supermarket right next door is handy, and the apartment has plenty of space, secure parking reserved for hotel guests, and a large terrace that fits four. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, electric coffee maker, juicer, and toaster, though the toaster in this apartment didn't work. There's a large sofa bed, an armchair, a TV with French channels, and Wi-Fi. Two bedrooms, but one has a bunk bed without a safety rail, which is dangerous for a child. Bed linen is provided, as are an iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a bathtub and towels, though there wasn't enough toilet paper. Air conditioning is in the main room. You'll also find a folding clothes rack, broom, mop, and bucket on the terrace. The pool felt a little small, and its stone edges could be dangerous for children playing there. There's not much room around it for sun loungers. The sauna costs €1 for 15 minutes, and foosball is free. The swings, slide, and climbing net are nice, but worn, with crumbling wood. It's a bit of a walk to the beach. This seems ideal outside peak season, though it would probably be very noisy when busy. The hotel isn't equipped for people with reduced mobility. Excellent value for money.

The pool is beautiful, and the location is pretty good. It's one street from the canal and two minutes from grocery stores and other shops. The apartment hotel is friendly, clean, and sustainable.
