It's very central and really cheap, with the beach and the muga river right next door and bars close by. The downside is the high-rise building, and most of the apartments are small. Even so, that location and price are hard to beat.

The only small issue was the bedding. I think the mattress needs replacing. Apart from that, everything was perfect: the apartment was very clean and had an incredible view of roses, especially at night.

The Muga River is right beside the building, where you can rent kayaks and all sorts of other water sports equipment. You get stunning beach views, and it's just a four-minute walk away. The entrance and elevators were clean, and there was a doorman. Parking is the big problem: there isn't any. It's impossible to find a spot, even in the early morning, with people always searching. You'll have to park far away.
