The location is worth two stars for being near the shops and beach. The green spaces are beautifully looked after and would earn five on their own, and the staff are pleasant and do what they can with limited resources. But the shared areas are poorly maintained. Trash sat in the same place for three days, and my stepson had to sweep the filthy landing himself. The apartment itself barely deserves one star. It wasn't very clean, the shower was clogged, and the air conditioning was so dirty it didn't work. My husband had to take it apart and clean it, even after the cleaning staff came and said we hadn't set the temperature correctly. There weren't enough dishes for five people: three cups, four plates, one bowl, and pots and pans suited to at most three. The slats in both sofa beds were broken, making them unusable. There was no handy storage for linens or in the bathroom. At €1000 a week, we won't be back.
