The view was nice, so I suppose I shouldn’t complain. But the furnishings were old and worn, the bedding was fit for a dog, and there was no bedroom door. No kettle or toaster either, and the cutlery and dishes were old and mismatched. The bathroom was dirty, neighbors were noisy despite signs asking people to be quiet after 11 p.m., and the communal hallway smelled of dogs. The garden was neglected and there was an ant infestation. The owner didn’t give a monkey’s about any of it.

I’ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel. They tried to put my family and me in a room that seemed older than my great-grandfather. It was filthy, with dirty curtains and a moldy smell from the air conditioning. They said everything was booked and there wasn’t another room. Only after I started shouting and threatening to complain and call the police did they suddenly find a clean, standard room. It cost me €175 in the end, but at least it was clean. Scandalous!!!

HORRIBLE. I never saw hand sanitizer anywhere, and the elevator was disgusting. There was no sign of COVID protocol. Our room hadn’t been made up, the sheets were dirty, and the towels were covered in hair. The bathroom was dirty too, with residue in the bathtub and hair on the floor. They quoted us one price, then charged another when we arrived. They wouldn’t let us have breakfast because we were bringing a dog, even though they’d said they accepted pets. Our dog is large, but nobody asked about its size when we called. They gave us that awful, dirty room as if they were doing us a favor, and clearly didn’t want to. I do not recommend it!!!

Everything was filthy, from the cutlery and microwave to the bathroom and floors. We nearly left. There weren't even basic cleaning supplies like dish soap, a sponge, bleach, a cloth, or a broom and mop. It was especially disgusting with COVID around. Check the Booking.com reviews. And the pool pictures are of a hotel pool, not the apartments.
