The balcony was my favorite part, with room to relax and wide-open views over the marina, boats, and mountains. In daylight, I could sit with a coffee in the sea breeze while the sun filled the apartment. The building across the canal adds an interesting modern touch, and the area feels wonderfully peaceful. After dark, the reflections and distant city lights make the view feel completely different. It’s easy to lose track of time there. The apartment is spacious and has that holiday feeling, even when you’re at home. More than just a place to stay, it’s a way of life.

There’s lots of parking across the street, and when anything came up it was dealt with quickly. The apartment is a decent size, with a large fridge, an okay kitchen and bathroom, plus a little balcony overlooking the harbor. The location is good.

The weather and some technical problems made for a trip with plenty of surprises, but Katarina handled everything brilliantly and very professionally. Thanks, and until next time 👍🏽

The accommodation was extremely noisy. Neighbors often partied for much of the night, and there was noise in the shared areas at all hours, from 6 a.m. through noon and midnight, even when we were trying to rest. We didn’t get any peace during our stay. The windows let in light from dawn because the shutters didn’t cover them properly. Faulty frames let in a draft that whistled continuously through the night. Hot water wasn’t enough for three people, and we found silverfish in both the kitchen and bathroom more than once. There was also a persistent cigarette smell in the common areas. The kitchen supplies were very sparse: two blunt knives, two worn, scratched pans, and hardly any utensils. The fridge was particularly loud, which was a problem in a single room used as the living area, kitchen, and bedroom. For ten days, we were given just one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper. Taken together, all this made the stay difficult to recommend.
