After a long day of walking, I’d been looking forward to a relaxing bath, but the bath in the room I booked was tiny. There was even a soaking wet towel left in it. The toilet wasn’t very clean either. The room looked reasonably clean at first, but once I’d lain in bed I was itching all over. I’m not happy about it and wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The price is too high for what you get.

It’s a small, lovely hotel with compact rooms, but there’s more than enough comfort for a stay. The location is fairly central and convenient for the train station, yet the place is very quiet and I slept well. It’s reasonably priced, so we’ll book it again next time we visit. We’re already planning to.

For the price, the quality is hard to beat. On arrival, check-in is at Dona hotel. The staff are friendly, and although the rooms are small, they have everything you need for a night or two. It’s close to the centre, the bus station and the train station.

I only stayed for two nights, and the hotel did the job as a reasonably comfortable place to sleep. The single room I booked was very small, and the air conditioning unit looked a bit questionable. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and kept my valuables at reception since there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was just muffins and croissants, plus cereal but no milk.
