The room was clean, and the receptionist was helpful. Breakfast was included, and there was free parking. It's about a 10-minute walk down to the town center. Still, we had two big problems: the mattress was very soft, and there was no air conditioning or fan. We had to sleep with the window wide open, which let in noise and light from the street lamp right outside. The elevator wasn't working either, so getting up to our room was quite a climb.

Breakfast is included at this good-value hostal. It's about 35 mins from the Santander ferry, and the secure underground parking is a real plus.

The people were really friendly and helped us find places to go. Our room was nice, and bringing our dog was no problem. We'd book here again!

Good breakfast, and the staff were very helpful. It's also a great place to stay for a short trip to the ferry.

The reception staff and service were fantastic, as was the hotel. Highly recommended!
