Hotel Rural Casa Peleyón

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was the best we had on the entire Camino. The host was really nice, and her ?children? went out of their way to help when I was stranded in another town and couldn’t find the Hotel. They even drove along the highway hoping to spot me and bring me there. Such a beautiful building and a really great stay. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Thanks! 🫶

The hostess is so attentive and dedicated to her guests that you feel at home, and she takes care of every detail. Casa Peleyon is cozy and charming, surrounded by nature and quiet. The garden is well kept, and the house interior is furnished with great taste and elegance. Breakfast was excellent, with both sweet and savory choices made from quality products. The croissants and homemade cakes are really special. I can only recommend this amazing place!

We had no trouble with the wifi, and the beds were comfortable. Yes, the floors creak, as other reviews say, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. The service was above and beyond anything we’ve had elsewhere, and the hospitality was great value, the same price as a basic hotel room in nearby Ribadeo. It was the best breakfast we’ve had in Spain, including fresh squeezed orange juice. We happened on this place late one afternoon and were lucky enough to stay for two nights. It’s a lovely base for exploring the area, in a tranquil rural setting with a lovely garden and a beautifully restored historic stone building, decorated nicely. Angeles was a conscientious and hospitable host. The place was immaculately clean, breakfast was delicious and comprehensive, and she would certainly have provided anything else we wanted. She does all her own baking and is a master pastry chef!

A lovely place, and Ángeles is an incredible host. The breakfast is the very best, especially the chocolate sponge cake and croissants. Everything is handmade!
