The staff were really unfriendly. We tried to order several times, waited an hour, and still nobody took our order.

It’s a good base for walking the mountain trails, with routes for different ability levels. In mid-October, lots of people come to the woods to gather bags of setas. We had a car, but you can get here from Madrid in about 2 hours by train and/or bus, followed by a 20-minute walk. I haven’t tried that route myself, though it sounds scenic and I’d like to one day. We also had a lovely meal here as a group of five. The portions were good, the traditional and seasonal food was well cooked, the tables had plenty of space between them, and the staff were friendly.

Such a great find. The food is spectacular and clearly made with care, and the waiters are highly professional. The service was excellent too. Everything’s good!

It’s always a pleasure coming here. The mountain setting is privileged, the food is consistently good, and the waiters are always kind and nice.

The baguettes are huge, packed full, delicious, and really good value. Some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff are friendly as well, and the Covid measures were strong.
