The onsite restaurant felt like home, with good food and attentive service. We had a great company retreat here, and the friendly, helpful staff made it easy to feel at home throughout our stay. Cercedilla is a lovely little town with lots of outdoor activities, and the hotel helped make those possible.

The staff were super nice, and breakfast had everything I wanted. The rooms are basic but nice and clean, and the location is beautiful and peaceful. It’s about a 20 min walk to the train station and the start of most hiking trails, and a slow 15min walk into the village, which really isn’t bad. I’d definitely come back.

The staff are warm and attentive. It’s close to city services, yet far enough away to properly switch off and enjoy relaxing, hiking, or biking in the heart of Madrid’s sierra. A lovely spot in the Madrid mountains.

We stayed at Luces del Poniente twice in August and had a great time. The personal attention from the employees, especially Doina and Esther, really stood out. We felt so welcome. Thank you!! Izaskun
