We love spending summer here. The gardens and shared spaces are kept in great shape, and the pool is huge, though the kids' section is quite limited. They can only play on the steps since the rest is over 1.80m deep. Novo is also such a convenient spot: the beach is a five-minute walk, and the nearby shopping center has a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, and the other basics.

The complex itself is lovely, attractive, and clearly looked after. The issue is the ants: they've been getting into bathrooms and bedrooms in almost every apartment for at least four years. Be careful not to leave food out in the kitchen.

One of the nicest areas in Cádiz, and the location is spot on. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back.

The grounds are beautiful and well cared for, and the pool is pleasant. The apartments are fine, although the furniture we saw looked very dated. The price feels too high.

We stayed in a small but comfortable apartment for six days, in a quiet spot. The pool is lovely and there's a shopping center just 50 meters away; the beach takes about five minutes to reach. One thing to know is the pool is only open from 12 pm to 8 pm, and you can't stand in it.
