I had a really bad customer service experience, the worst of my travels. When I arrived, the cleaning lady was there instead of a receptionist to welcome me. I hadn't expected to be nearly forced to pay in cash, and said I should have had the option to use a credit card. The owner treated me badly and sent WhatsApp messages that left me feeling very uncomfortable and mistreated. It wasn't worth it, and I wouldn't recommend this property.

The room and bed were huge and well maintained, the service was excellent, and the location was great. But during our short stay we found 8 cockroaches, 4 of them dead, including some in the hallway. Without that, it would be a 5-star hotel.

The people running this beautiful, well-located place treated me exceptionally well when personal issues meant I had to leave early. The rooms are lovely and comfortable.

A beautifully renovated old house, done with exquisite taste and attention to detail. It's clean and peaceful, with a fairytale room and very friendly staff. The location is perfect, right in the pedestrian center of Chiclana, and municipal parking is a three-minute walk away. Great value, and we'll definitely be back!

The location is perfect and the staff are excellent, but I was disappointed. The double rooms are really single rooms, and even a basic bathroom hanger is missing. The air conditioning sounds like a Boeing 707 taking off, there's no full-length mirror, and of the 45 TV channels, only two worked. The Wi-Fi wasn't good enough either. The terrace looks pitiful, though that's not the hostel's fault.
