We were here in mid-November 2025 and had a lovely time. David was so friendly, and everything else was really nice too. Don't miss the spa session and peeling!

I only visited the spa, not the hotel. It's a great spa in Chinchon, and the massage was fantastic.

I left feeling more rested than I ever have after a hotel stay, and the wonderful massage helped too. The place was exactly what I needed for a relaxing end to the year. The staff deserve a special mention for being so kind and obliging and keeping the atmosphere calm.

It's a cosy, romantic spa, especially suited to couples since it isn't very big. There are three kinds of jets, a Turkish bath, and a contrast shower. We really liked it, and the people were lovely. We'll definitely do it again.

The reception team and staff were a 10, and the breakfast and service were really nice. The rooms have lovely decor and the beds were comfortable. Such a lovely place.
