The hotel was beautiful and full of charm, with a peaceful feel that suited the town. We spent two nights at Hotel Condesa de Chinchón and really enjoyed them. Our room and the service were truly 5-star, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was excellent. It’s a great location, just a short walk from the main square and all the lovely spots in Chinchón. We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay.

The terrace was lovely, breakfast out there was delightful, and the location and setting were perfect. The parking was safe and secure. The room’s AC was a little noisy. It’s a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Natalia at reception was extremely friendly and helpful, thank you. We’ll be back.

We spent our vacation here while I was in town for a nearby Bachata festival. The hotel is lovely, with a very relaxing outdoor area and a really good breakfast. The service stood out most: Maria, Brenda and Natalia were wonderful and did everything they could to help. The internet can be unreliable, and if you need a taxi, arrange it a few hours ahead. Make time for Chinchon town square too, it's full of history going back to medieval times. A very nice hotel with great staff.

The breakfast buffet was very nice and reasonably priced, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s an old style hotel that’s been modernised. I’d happily stay again.

The courtyard garden is a lovely spot to sit with a drink. The hotel has real charm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s also easy to get to and in a great location.
