Pension Pinzapa is quite basic, but it has what you need if you don't spend your time hanging around in a hotel room. The room was spotless, and there was even a freezer, though it isn't a fridge. We had a lovely time practicing our Spanish with the owners, who don't speak English. They were very sweet about accommodating our late arrival at 10pm. When booking, I'd suggest telling them your arrival time if you can. We couldn't say when we'd get there at the time we made the reservation. Enjoy!

It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, there's no breakfast, and although it's near the bus station, the beaches are a long walk away.

We were the couple in room number 2 and had a wonderful few days. The hostel was lovely, really clean, and the owners were kind and attentive. I can't rate it any higher than what they provide, though if I could, I'd give them the absolute best. The cleaning lady was hardworking, kind, attentive, and had impeccable manners. Thanks for all your care and kindness. We'll be back!

I had an awful stay and would never come back. The whole place was filthy, including the hallways and room. There were bread crumbs and ash on the floor, a cigarette burn in my bedspread, and hair and an ashtray in the uncleaned bathroom. It stank of tobacco.

I've never written a hotel review before, but I don't want anyone else to go through this. The room was disgusting, with a horrible smell and ancient spring mattresses. The bathroom floor was so filthy it was unsettling to even go in. The sheets and towels looked as if they hadn't been washed.
