The location is right by the beach, very central, and excellent value. Dinner was great, with plenty of half-board choices, even though I think I caught the last day of the season just before closing. The hotel was comfortable and excellent. What more could you ask for? I'd come back straight away.

Rafael and his team served really good food and gave us great service while we were there. The staff are amazing, and they're the reason we'd return. Management should look at a few things. The beds could be firmer, and the pool was freezing. Getting in and out from the suite terrace was extremely difficult, and I sprained my ankle. I also didn't expect a four-star hotel to cut the board menu from eight choices per course to just three. I've stayed at other hotels that offered more. Having the same three-choice menu when I'm on full board is simply unacceptable. Management needs to rethink its strategy.

My room, number 113, was lovely and spacious, with a balcony. The hotel is excellent, the staff are lovely, and it's in a privileged location.

The hotel faces the corrales of Chipiona, and the facilities are great. There's a gym and a seasonal rooftop pool, but although the terrace was open on a hot weekend, the pool itself wasn't, so we couldn't use it. Breakfast was good quality and offered lots of choices. The hotel has parking, but it's rather expensive. Since we visited in April, we managed to park on the same street.
